[ M139 ] Old framed print of Australian ww1 Lighthorse sergeant Felton Bequest 1921 label on back

Lovely old framed print / painting of a ww1 Australian Lighthorse sergeant in original old frame,
The whole thing could use a clean as its dirty & there maybe a water mark on the picture ?? ,I may try & take it out of the frame & see if its just dust or an actual water mark. If I have to remove any old sealing tape etc then I won't touch it, If it can just be lifted out then I will attempt to have a look at it.
I will also study it properly to see if it’s a print or a painting, I believe it to be a print but on the back of the painting there is a label which reads " Felton Bequest 1921" then the artists details below that. When I googled these words I got several items relating to this same picture at the Canberra war memorial, they have the identical picture there.
The picture including frame is around 3 feet high by 2 feet wide ,75.5 cm x 62.5 cm .
