[ AM27 ] French Cuirassiers steel Armour and Helmet set with original straps

Description

French Cuirassiers Armour, Helmet "Casque a cimier de cuirassiers Modele 1874". Steel skull with embossed brass mounts, chin scales, etc. All original. Braided horse hair tail. Leather liner with some wear and tear. Heavy breastplate and lighter back with arsenal marks, serial numbers, original brass, leather and chain shoulder straps. Original detached waist belt. all in good original un-fooled with condition, brass has matching patina overall
It is very uncommon to find one of these with the original leather waist strap
This a great set for the collector or professionals office.
