Antique Koto era Samurai Handachi mounted Wakizashi 53.6cm cutting edge, unsigned.
someone has scuffed the blade in a few spots as seen in pics but its not too drastic, the blade has a couple of spots of loose hada & has a kizu above the shinogi line, it really could do with a very very light polish to bring up the hamon & the work, The kizu may polish out or may open up more when polished. The tsuka biding has let go in a couple of spots, its not hard to get a rebind job done.
The tsuba is nice as are the tsuka fittings, nice old saya-its certainly nothing flash but its a reasonable sword for someone wanting a very old blade from the feuding Samrai era than you cant go past this for the money
