Description

b132 possibly an experimental bayonet for Farquhar hill automatic rifle, item measures 29 cm overall,11.5 in - blade alone is around 16.7 i had a couple of questions on this bayonet / fighting knife so i contacted my friend Ian Skennerton, Ian looked at the images & directed me to bayonet B250 in the book British & Commonwealth bayonets, page 203, i also sent Ian images on the other bayonet fighting knife that i listed B148 on my site, below is what Ian has said.

"For this bayonet, check out B250 in the British & Commonwealth Bayonets book."
It appears to be the same except for the pommel mod, to serve as a fighting knife?
I would really need to see both bayonets hands-on to venture a more conclusive opinion

I will now wait & catch up with Ian in person before i price the bayonet. If is is the experimental bayonet then it would take much to get it back to original. just put a locking catch back in place.
